Well today, dawned bright and early, even for those of us who are used to getting up before dawn!
Having polished shoes and medals and pressed skirts, shirts and trousers we headed to Exeter and the Barracks where we awaited the arrival of Her Majesty the Queen and HRH Duke of Edinburgh.
The Queen looked amazing and stopped to chat to lots of us, including Miss LJ who spoke not only to Her Majesty but also to the Duke. Not bad for 13 years old! Anyway here is a picture of me in my uniform today, I'll hopefully paste some others with HM Queen in them when others send them to me...I was a bit busy to take photos! :o) A day, I and 1800 others will no doubt remember forever.
